Lockhart Catering Equipment Unveils Star-Studded Lineup for upcoming Catering Innovation Show
Lockhart Catering Equipment, part of the Bunzl Catering & Hospitality Division, has unveiled a star-studded lineup of industry-renowned chefs that will be providing exciting demonstrations across a Live Theatre run by Chef HQ at Lockhart’s debut exhibition, The Catering Innovation Show on 28th October.
Boasting an impressive number of Michelin Stars between them, the chefs will be highlighting the importance of high-quality equipment in commercial kitchens with exciting live demonstrations, as well as participating in the panel-style discussion ‘What Defines a Memorable Dining Experience’.
Kickstarting the day, Row on 5’s Jason Atherton and Spencer Metzger will be bringing the heat from 10am. Upstairs’ Tom Shepherd, and Interlude’s Jean Delport will then be taking to the stage later in the day, with 3 Michelin-star L’enclume’s Simon Rogan and Core’s Clare Smyth finishing the day off in style!


The afternoon is set to see a panel of experts engage in a think-tank around ‘The Future of Casual Dining Concepts’, with Wagamama’s Steve Mangleshot set to join other leading casual dining brands as well as Hospitality Action on stage, all compèred by Claire Bosi.

Taking place at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London, on Tuesday 28th October, the show will bring together leading names in the catering equipment industry with a focus on both light and heavy equipment, with Lockhart Catering Equipment revealing over 60 key exhibitors have been confirmed.
Attendees may also be leaving the event with more than inspiration, as all that have their badge QR code scanned upon entry will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win £5000 worth of exclusive catering equipment, courtesy of organiser Lockhart Catering Equipment. The winner will be announced on the Live Theatre at the end of the show and contacted by email with instructions to redeem the prize.
